As someone who goes to school with a bunch of graphic designers I already know right off the bat why this shyt is trash

Like the first rule of any logo is don't make it some shyt that can be immediately misread and distract from anything else

And honestly, fixing it is extremely simple, which makes it even more that it's the final logo.

Then again, what I also know about graphic design stuff is that clients are fukking idiots and will oftentimes pick the worst logo. Wouldn't surprise me if that was just some bullshyt logo they threw in there hoping it was so bad they'd obviously skip over it and give more consideration to whatever they favored...only for them to pick that
