Obesity

In New York City, obesity is epidemic. More than half of adult New Yorkers have overweight (34%) or obesity (22%). Data show that people can have obesity early in life. Nearly half of all elementary school children and Head Start children do not have a healthy weight. In New York City, one in five kindergarten students and one in four Head Start children, have obesity.

People (adults and children) who are overweight are at increased risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, arthritis and cancer.

Learn about how eating more fruits and vegetables, regular physical activity, and cutting down on sugary drinks can keep you fit and trim.

Yeah I been trying to lose weight for the longest. shyt is tough because you got to make a lifestyle change and be consistent. Avoiding all the foods we love ain't easy.
You can actually eat whatever you want the keys are, to exercise, and don't eat at night.

If you exercise enough, it offsets overeating crap.

And don't underestimate how important it is to NOT eat at night breh. That alone will cut most of your fat over time

Nah, the more crap your diet, the harder you make it on yourself working out. Diet is like 80% of the battle. I been losing water weight so far, I gotta weight myself again and see where I'm at.

Nah, the more crap your diet, the harder you make it on yourself working out. Diet is like 80% of the battle. I been losing water weight so far, I gotta weight myself again and see where I'm at.
Diet is Important but I don't always eat perfect and I got a six pack. I eat chocolate at night couple times a week. Eat out almost every day. shyt like that. The real reason is because I burn up everything with crazy amounts of exercise. I'm talking like I walk or run 20 miles and lift weights for 5 hours after.

How long it take you to run 20 miles, and you really lift weight for 5 hours? Most I have walked was 6 miles, with some jogging in.
