He's always did things his way in his self produced movies such as Blade. But it wasn't until Blade Tragedy aka Trinity it became an issue to make Snipes be the fall guy for a bad movie. He did similar things in Blade 1 & 2 you did not hear a word about it because those movies were successful. The real reason he was blackballed is because he tried to sue New Line Cinema/Warner Bros for owing him money and not giving him his producer authority on the Blade Tragedy script that was constantly being changed by Goyer & Ryan Reynolds on the fly. Studios don't like when you try to go against the system. Even though they compete against each other (Studios) they all in the same gang like a fraternity, and will stick together to shut someone out going against their system.
