Yeah I agree, but in that time it was kill or be killed and as heavy in the game as he was you couldn't trust anybody. Before the snitching he maintained a lot of friendships and as much as he moves he was only tried a couple times, so I doubt fear was the only thing keeping him alive. Even the detectives that went to talk to him when he got shot said he was likeable.

Most def Alpo was strongest because he had Wayne as his ace. Nobody in New York knew who Wayne was, so he could've easily done away with anyone Po told him too. Po was crooked, but at least he admits in his interviews he was all for self.

2 things wrong with this statement.


1) In prison they have access to music and Canibus was a hot item at one point. Why wouldnt Po be up on who was hot?? U said u doubt Po would be listening to Canibus....Do u not remember on the song The Truth by LL Cool J where he says he was on the back of Alpos bike ?? So if Po was hanging with LL u know he's gonna be interested in the new dude who people were saying ate him up. In 1998 it was all eyes on Canibus....even after that 1st album dud dudes name was still ringing heavy as a dope MC. What u just said makes no sense because everyone who was up on Hip Hop in 98 at one point was paying attention to Canibus



2) U obviously dont remember how much Kay Slay was into Canibus. I'll never forget when Kay Slay was on 106 they were having those freestyle battles and they asked him who is the best freestyler he ever saw and he jumped on canibus' tip heavy. This was when Hip Hop had pretty much given up on Canibus. Soon after you heard Kay Slay hosting a canibus mixtape....This was after Kay Slay said what he said on 106 not before. So if Kay Slay is cool with Po and Kay Slay is into Canibus u dont think Kay Slay is going to be putting him on to who he thinks is hot in Hip Hop??


I based my conclusion on the facts stated....and they have more merit then what u said about Po just doing a drop as a favor.
