New, unsigned artists. Where and how to find them?

So the point of this thread is to ask yall about Where you guys specifically go to and how you guys find New, unsigned(or signed, both works) artists for 2 reasons.

One being the obvious, personal use. Always looking for new dope artists to listen to.

The other is to find artists for Sync stuff. You know TV, film etc etc.

Real simple really. If yall got anything and how to please do share.

Pretty dope. Thats kinda the problem with these soundcloud artists. They there but they dont respond and ive had that before. Gave up on that specifically.
