James Packer has called it quits with fiancée Mariah Carey, according to a new report.
According to Australian publication Woman's Day, the billionaire casino don, 48, dumped the 46-year-old pop-star over her 'extravagant spending' as well as a falling out over her new reality TV show, Mariah's World.
'It's all over,' a family friend allegedly confirmed to the publication this week.

Both James and Mariah have learned a few lessons in love over the years with the pair having pieced together broken hearts from failed past romances.
Mariah fell out of love with her rapper husband Nick Cannon in 2014, but has since dusted herself off and seems to have found stability with Packer.
The singer and America's Got Talent host Nick married in the Bahamas in April 2008 after just six weeks of dating and a 10 year age difference.

The news comes after Mariah announced the cancellation of most of her South American tour, earlier this week.

'To all of my lambs in South America, I am devastated that a portion of this tour had to be cancelled. Thank you for all of the excitement and love - I hope to see you soon, my darlings!' she said.
Mariah also shared an impassioned message on Twitter, writing: 'Devastated my shows in Chile, Argentina & Brazil had to be cancelled. My fans deserve better than how some of these promoters treated them (sic).'

Mariah Carey and James Packer haven't seen each other or spoken for more than a month, after something happened during their vacation on a yacht in Greece ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with Mariah claim James did "something really bad" involving her assistant. The sources would not elaborate but we're told after the alleged incident Mariah bailed on the vacation, got off the boat and returned to L.A.
As we reported, the couple has broken up, at least for now.

TMZ broke the story ... the relationship was turbulent for a long time, but the last straw was a yacht trip to Greece a month ago, when James allegedly did something to Mariah's assistant ... or so she says.
We're told James' version of events is radically different from Mariah's ... and behind the scenes there's tremendous bitterness on both sides.
Although details of the breakup are still sketchy, one thing we know ... it's over.
