Sounds like they gonna run HBO Now and HBO Max separately to start but I bet they will end up combining into one service and include DC into it as well. It's the same thing where I see Disney+ eventually combining with Hulu.

I don’t see Disney combining with Hulu because they’ve said they have specific content they want for Hulu that they don’t want on Disney plus. They still want Hulu to operate as Hulu for more adult oriented fare. This is a little different

We'll see how that goes, they might just sell off their adult oriented content like they did before. Warner knew what they were doing calling this "HBO MAX" it's a much better name then anything else they could have given it, they know the name HBO is synonymous with excellence. So if the people in charge are intelligent enough to get behind it in that way, then this could be hugely successful..
