All the footage we've seen, old and new, are youtube grabs. The youtube video of the E3 reveal looks much better than the youtube video of the current trailer. I respect your stance on this but I don't see why we can't criticize Ubisoft on the output they've provided to us especially when they have a track record of this. And I like Ubisoft (relative to EA and Activision). I just find this practice deceptive and all too common.

Not saying they are above criticism, just saying its a little to early to call.
I remeber watching that trailer and being amazed, so I get where you guys are coming from, it's just hard to belive that those gifs are representative of final quality. It would be the worst looking next gen game yet.
Someone please tell me those gifs are from the PS3 version.

shyt looks ugly. Fukk the "graphics don't matter" shyt the game looks WORSE then it did before. It's not like this is our first time seeing it.

I don't know if I trust these pics/gifs. I remember a picture of some windows in titnfall going around that looked truly atrocious, but they looked nothing like that when I got the game home.
open world games are intensive 
it's easy to make a 'tech demo' of a guy walking down the street. but as they start fleshing out the actual game, they probably needed those cycles for other stuff they're trying to do. they said the delay was pretty much to make the game more complicated
