Official release date was going to be announced yesterday, still waiting. That estelle track isn't the official single either, supposed to be something new dropping this month..

And I don't know what Popa Wu is talking about in the video saying the album's done, I know for a fact that all of them are still laying verses down for the album

Yea, I believe it's about more than money. Ghost and Meth are arguably bigger stars than Rae and they aren't bytchin about how much money they're getting for the new album. There's tension between RZA and Rae. There was a interview they did a few months back where Rae looked like he didn't even wanna be next to RZA.
