Nah but all jokes aside, the "Xbox" label to this is deceptive.

This being called "Xbox" probably has some folks thinking they're about to eat with "xbox" games portably but in reality it's just a Windows handheld with the logo.

GTA 6 will not be playable portably anywhere cept for PS Portal or Chiaki on Steamdeck. If the game isn't on PC or not "play anywhere" then you're fukked.

Next handheld I'll buy is either a Switch 2 or the rumored PS6 handheld.

Dudes spending 1k and not knowing what they buying is a new level of cope.

Nintendo Switch 2 :hula: XBox Ally

You can literally get a Sw2 and a base model SD and still have enough left to get at least a game or 2 for the same price as this :mjtf:

You can get a Sw2 and OLED SD for $50 more assuming this is $900 :stopitslime:
I had a steam deck and its a great device and still probs the overall best value.

IDK I truly don't feel like playing intense shyt on a handheld often. I did do some farming on Elden Ring back in the day but those are big screen titles, any thing else a deck can handle easily already (jrpgs, emulators)

If I need all that power portably I'll just use a laptop plus pad
Did you emulate on your SD? :jbhmm:

That’s the main reason I want a handheld PC. Do you recommend it or should I get another device like ROG, MSI Claw, Retro pocket 5 etc? :jbhmm:

SD isn't as powerful as these new shyts but its probably the best per price and ease of use.

its pretty easy to put the emulators on that shyt.

It’s more difficult/work to put emulators on the others like ROG Ally, Claw, etc? :jbhmm:

Also what you know bout the Retroid Pocket 5? :jbhmm:

You use to using Windows and/or Linux (say installing an app)? If so, doing all that should be a breeze for you.

If you go with the RP5, you'll wanna get the grips for sure. If you're considering that one, it's worth spending the extra $100~ for the Odin 2 Portal, get you that OLED + a larger screen.
