I'm still undecided, some friends and I are thinking about it :yeshrug:.

A couple of years ago I went and it was wild asf especially on the train/subway, shyt is full of all types of people from drunks to loonies acting crazy, gotta be careful of pickpocketers too because they definitely be getting people on NYE.

Might just order a pizza and chill :patrice:.

You posted this at 7:00pm...if you aren’t already there by then you’re watching ball drop from somewhere else

Been there twice. Once on a cold year (09) and once on a year with moderately warm weather (2011).

It's not worth it.

You're better off being around Bryant Park or Rockefeller center to watch the ball drop.

It's a madhouse trying to get around the city after the ball drops too.

For those who are driving , your best bet is to park somewhere between 72-78th near central park west and take the train downtown.

Celebrating a new year is CAC behavior, IMO. As I’ve grown older and become more focused on making money, I find events like this silly and trite. :yeshrug:
:ehh: I kinda look at it as just having fun and reflecting on old memories :yeshrug: but yeah I could understand not wanting to stand outsidee in the cold, getting drunk and shyt..thats not my thing either.

For me, it’s a matter of experiencing fatigue from the constant partying in our community. Everyone but black people have the luxury to party, living in a society where their mobility isn’t restricted and they are not subject to a worldwide sanction against their race. Black people need to smarten up in 2020. :francis:
