what do chitlins taste like? are they like chewy and rubbery? if they were deep fried i could maybe see the appeal, but boiling them sounds kinda awful. as gross as pigs are, pork rinds are pretty delicious. i tried a nibble of pigs foot once, it wasnt too bad but wasnt too great either!
