New buildings? Looks they just recladding a old building. I hope the heat works in that building because NYC PJs not having heat regularly makes the news during the winter time.

It’s a redesign. They are also building stuff inside the buildings and stuff on the outside like the boilers, park areas etc.

The Linden houses in ENY is almost complete by the way.

They already completed the linden houses in east New York and there’s not a single cac out there by Pennsylvania Avenue unless they are a prostitute.

Same with the Murphy houses in the Bronx. Area still ghetto as before

Speaking of NYC projects, there was a proposal to tear down the projects in Chelsea Manhattan and replace it with new buildings.

Not sure but those old dark red brick housing projects were always an eye soar to me. Hopefully they do this the housing projects in midtown and lower Manhattan so the skyline can look better

I went back to a building that was built in 2008 when it was luxury then and yea I see a lot of the building falling apart now.
