When trees down power lines in some areas they're inaccessible unless by foot.
They can't trim around power lines because the laws are so strict and when a trees falls power can be out in towns for days.
Access to broadband is still not widespread.
A lot of the roads/bridges are poorly cut due the same and aren't safe.
You're not going to see clear cutting or anything like that. It'll mostly be widening utilities corridors that already exist.
Plus they'll adding 250 acres to the park elsewhere
