Well its really Dallas Fort Worth not just Dallas they so close to eachother and easy to get to if you live in Dallas you enjoy Fort Worth too...Weather is better I don't mind heat shyt it gets to 95 in NYC anyway and is humid...Cost of living, airport better, more sports teams (Giants/Jets/Mets/Yankees not in NYC) and more space....Did I mention its cheaper o wait its cheaper I rather make 75K in Dallas than make 125k in NYC after taxes (triple taxes in NYC you have fed, state and city tax) you aint taking home that much more in NYC when you factor in rent or what it cost to buy 1,000Sqft...
San Diego better than NYC, Atlanta better than NYC, Denver better than NYC, Charleston SC better than NYC, Raleigh/Durham and Charlotte better than new york city, Salt Lake better than NYC.........................................
Dallas is not even the best city in Texas.
