For $4,500 you can have a McMansion in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte. If those cities are too slow for you & you need to live in a large, dense city, for $4,500 you can have a decked out, fully furnished loft overlooking the city skyline in Philly, Chicago, DC & Boston. Not some average ass apartment that's not even in Manhattan.


I understand why people with high powered jobs are in New York (finance, law, consulting) but, all you normal muthafukkas

There's plenty of apartments in queens Brooklyn that are like 1500 for a 2BR
