The Richardson pick is no doubt a reaction to the Patriots no huddle offense and their ability to create mismatches on the field. The Jets up and down the line are now nothing but hybrid DT/DE. I hated it at first, but again looking at Richardson on film, he is EXPLOSIVE as fukk and has a non stop motor.

Thing is, for a defensive "genius" like Rex is, he sure needs a lot of 1st and 2nd rounders to see his vision through. A better mind would be able to do more with less
