Trump's whole image and persona for decades has been built around money. He may have admitted he didn't pay taxes but he didn't admit to billion dollar losses.

It's one thing to not pay taxes when you should. It's a whole different animal to lose money like water down a drain for literally years.

How is that trump lip service helping your life my man?

Trump admitted that he didnt pay taxes during the debate with Hillary, and said politicians like her were the ones who allow it. She had no comeback for that statement.

This wont harm him at all.

It's been known that trump is terrible with money and his claims of being a billionaire is suspect at best.

You really believe anyone who supports trump is gonna change their mind over this? After everything that had come out about dude?

You think he was playing when he said he could shoot someone in broad daylight with witnesses and still not lose supporters?

I don't get his angle. I don't even remember his name on political topics until a month or so ago and now he just drops into this ridiculous uninformed contrarion juelzing in thread after thread.

He literally typed "you assume I didn't read" in a reply to me and then "i don't have to read" in a reply to you in consecutive comments. :mjlol:

Trying to say that Trump didn't really lose the money as if the article hadn't already described the failed businesses and deals via which Trump was losing the money or the desperate no-cash financial situation he had gotten himself into after all the bankruptcies. :snoop:
FYI, his former screenname was the GreatestTroll or some lame shyt

Guy is a contrarian troll from what I can tell. Who names themselves Jussie Smollette as if it were some laughing matter...

I've worked in property development most of my adult life, on my tax returns it says x property address, its income, and its deductions. What he's suggesting isn't legal.

I'm surprised that more trolls haven't come out advocating tax evasion.

Dead serious but I thought this was all common knowledge? Was it not public knowledge that he took massive losses in the early 90s that helped his tax bill for years?
This.
I remember @88m3 posting threads during the campaign about how terrible a businessman Trump was/is, and how he just fell upwards in NY real estate... not sure how any of this is shocking or new.:yeshrug:

That's good to know. i had tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he's getting ignored now.

Going the same direction as the Russia investigation results.

Patriotic citizen: "Look, Trump did something illegal/unethical/immoral/disqualifying!"

Trump supporter: "You're full of shyt. There's no proof he did that."

one year later....

Patriotic citizen: "Look, proof!"

Trump supporter: ":russell:, wasn't this old news last year?"

:dwillhuh:Not at all... It was actually thoroughly discussed on here during his campaign. No one let that Trump is a good business man narrative fly.
:hubie:This may be news to you though, so ill let you cook.

It may of been discussed here but I know plenty of people that swore up and down here was a good business man, they said he would run the country like a business. I know some one that voted for him because they thought he was a great business man, he regrets his vote now and admits he fell for the okie doke. My useless c*nt rag of wife knows absolutely nothing of politics, believed Trump was a good business man because of what she saw on the apprentice. It's not just the Kool aid drinkers that fell for his bull shyt of being a great business man. So yes, while we have long been discussing what a piss poor business man he is, a lot of Americans fell for it. That's why we discuss it.

Don't know how business deductions and carry over losses work brehs

Returns don't always tell what real cash flow is...there are a number of add backs especially if your a real estate investor

Most real estate investors have negative returns due to heavy depreciation...it Lowers to basis when property is sold but then property improvements add back to basis to lessen cap gains on sale

Now I haven't dug deep in the guys returns and he really could have had his ups and down in business but I thought his bankruptcy battles were well known?

WTF

tax returns definitely tell you were the real cash flow is

Tax returns are on a cash basis
