@88m3 am I wrong or does NYC have a tax credit system for large developments? I thought I read a few years ago NYC has its own systems in place that further shield developers and give them crazy tax credits.

They're usually project based and have guidelines to receive them for reduced property taxes and increased far on whatever property. The state and federal government drive the really large projects and even help finance them in some cases.

they are people protesting literally every day of the week in america. the news just doesnt show it or talk about it much because after awhile it become the norm and not to their point news..worthy.

My feeling is that the manufactured political division in America prevents unified protest that would bring change like what happened in Iceland. Americans hating each other allows the government a free pass.

To get to the actual year cash flow for that year you would have to add those back to get to real cash flow since they didn't actually cause a real time expense that took cash out of your pocket for that year.

Tax return is used to determine taxable income which is lower than everyone's gross income just from standard deductions alone.

Depends which return you are talking about...are we talking an 1120 corporate return? If there are owners they tend to get dividends and w2's to show income and corporate profits are deducted tremendously. If your talking a schedule C then yeah you can see someone's gross revenue before hand. If they had a partnership or S-corp their gain or loss on each individual owner gets passed down to a K-1 on their personal return. Your not really being specific and you sound like your talking out of your ass muchacho.

It's not the government. Its the ELITE. our government just answers to the ELITE because they are the ones paying them the biggest of dollars. and hooking them up after their life in politics. This is how some idiots that believed trump was different got suckered. Trump is actually the real Devil. him and the super elite that dont care just like him. But back to your point. The Elite have always setup things to divide the people.

Racism was developed by the Elite to keep the low level whites and blacks for joining forces to overthrow them when they were treating everyone poorly. Yes, poor a... whites and broke a... blacks were joining forces, starting unions together etc. the elite did not want or like that. They basically made the poor white man the buffer class. so there will always be something standing in the way of black folks getting at these people for treating us like that. they convinced these under educated under paid whites the "at least I aint them" mentality.
