No. New York is more multi-cultural than London. The Latino factor is the deal breaker.

I live in NYC. London is too expensive. I have family in both cities. I love both.New York City: new but the most multi-cultural city in the world with a solid culture and vibrant population. Borrowed a lot from old London but still kept its originality. City where dreams are made. But very dirty.
London: old and grumpy but with a new face in certain parts. Borrowing a lot of its new face from New York City. Fast paced, solid architectural masterpieces, good public transportation, class oriented, multi-cultural, and a vibrant culture.
Paris: old meets new with its unique identity. City of love and fashion. Multi-cultural and exudes sexiness. Somewhat vibrant but can be a bore sometimes.
Pick one and give a reason for your selection.
Love that nervous records avi....I don't know how London is "borrowing its face from NYC", but I've lived in NYC many years ago and have never been to Paris.
For now I'll go for London but I need to check out Paris at some point.

I loved Paris, right when I got in, I walked the Latin Quarter, then along the Seine, and just sat on the edge, for like 30 min, still jet lagged, and just was peaceful, atmospheric, beautiful, in a way San Diego isn't, and never will be. Hotel Costes in the fashion district at night was incredible, there is an elegance that escapes the US for the most part, or wandering the streets at night, very cinematic and memorable experiences in Paris and Cannes, St. Tropez. I need to hit Paris again, a little more experienced this time.
New York, just was there in June, only place I've been where I could see a Joe Budden show in Times Square, and have a conversation with a girl on the subway about 'Tender Is the Night', hit Styles P juice bar in the BX, eat in Fort Greene at foodie spot, then party at the Gansvort at night, watching the Hudson, and two bad Colombian girls....The diversity, food, culture, excitement, history, everywhere I walked I had some point of cultural reference, whether books, film, theater, whatever.
I couldn't call it between Paris and New York.
Plan to go to London, and Cornwall next year.
biggest problem in London hands down is housing ..... years of Government fukk ups and neglect in social housing plus London being the capital for the worlds money launderers means house prices/rent is crazy......
If you drive around the most expensive parts of london at night and look at the houses most of the lights are off because people dont live there, they are multi million pound properties bought by foreigners that just sit empty
ok and you adidas track suit wearing mf'ers that be squatting all the time are any better rightBetter dress than the timb wearing, Yankee fitted NYers

City of Angels isn't anywhere near the Mt. Rushmore. Tokyo, Berlin, Shanghai, etc are even before LA.
FACTS
Like I was telling my mate, legit money is not getting you Swiss Cottage and Bishop's Avenue. African, Asian, Former Soviet and Middle Eastern crooks hiding money in London.
