Now the city is back in control of it's own school system and it's still trash. 15.9% reading proficiency (proficient isn't even a altitudinous benchmark)

Ras can talk a good game, like in the video, pander to Black people's need to realize self-determination, but he's just your run of the mill politician. Hooking-up his cronies, getting in bed with corporations, and fattening his pockets. Newark schools were trash when he was an educator, they're trash now he's Mayor.
