Used to cop loosies as some sort of way to kick the habit.
Like if i just buy 2 cigarettes its better than buying a pack.

For some people it is. If they buy a pack they will chain smoke. Buy a couple and make them last all day by smoking half at a time ect.

And back in the early 2000s. Tobacco companies would post up at college campuses and give out free packs of cigarettes in exchange for people information to send them discount coupons and other things.

I only met two white boys in my life that smoked Ports. Both of them swore they was black tho. They probably stopped marketing to cacs in the 80s. You would never see a Newport ad in a Time or Rollingstone magazine
