On occasion all receivers will hold the ball too long. But this is something that I've noticed with Cam since the Auburn days. In my opinion he misses a lot of open receivers waiting for the play, and in the end no play is there. At least he can run and has a strong arm to mask this deficiency a bit. Russell on the other hand, he's one of the quickest when it comes to letting the pigskin fly.

Cam's only real flaw throwing is that he doesn't hit open receivers, and the main problems there is that his release isn't the quickest and he naturally throws very high. Other than that, he's the best thrower here, especially when you adjust for talent level on offense

Steve Smith was BARELY a factor the entire year. And you stretching the word good to the 99th zenith when calling Carolina RBs good, they decent, but good is stretching. They have good moments sure. The fact of the matter though is that Carolina didn't have an OL, didn't have a good receiver on the team, didn't have any CONSISTENT backs, and their OC sucks ass.
