He is above his peers.
this vague ass answer

no like what does he do well, hows the deep ball, passing into windows and whatnot. people always talk about the athletics with Cam even out of college, but I never had an idea of how he was as a thrower. kinda feel that way about Mariota now

He has a great arm
He goes through his progressions, he doesn't rely on his athletism. Cam's accurate dor the most part, but at times he thows ball high.

It's hard to judge, but Cam and Russ are certainly ahead of the other guys.

Cam has a top 5 defense, but his running backs are seemingly always injured and his weapons have been pathetic. He's asked to do a LOT for that offense.

Russ has the best defense in the game and a bruising running game behind him, along with satisfactory receiving talent. His job most days is to simply not fukk up and make plays when called upon.

If you switched the two? I think Seattle would be a little bit better and Carolina would be a little worse.

And I'm someone who has been notoriously skeptical of Cam. Still am, as far as him being an elite QB because I think he makes too many head scratching plays still, but he's the best of this group.

Out of all these I take Cam also...Ive always been big on Russ but its clear they're content with keeping him in more of a game manager role. They don't have him slinging it out when they're behind, even yesterday being behind a lot only 200 yards? They dont ask him to do enough period. Cam's also smart about the hits he takes even tho he has the best build by far out of all of them. Basically if I was starting a franchise Id definetly take Cam out of the choices here :yeshrug:

Seattle only had the ball 17 minutes.

And this thread is so reactionary.
