looks like it will take place during the crusades.

With that said, yesterday a new development happened. xj0nathan found a file on the newest update referencing a "DLC3" called "Meteor", with the two others being called "Ireland" and "Francia". While there has been some weird in-game events regarding some players encountering meteors, this is most definetely an internal codename (just like AC Rogue's was "Comet").

Valhalla was rather :beli: so they really need to do something and reenergize the franchise. I don't think I've ever been as bored with an AC game as I did with that one.

I actually wish that they'd just get rid of the modern day story altogether as it's been going on way to long. Yes, Valhalla teased "endgame", but that's still years away from coming to fruition.

the developers need to go on timeout and think about how they fukked up past unity idk what happened to this franchise

Unfortunately, Valhalla sold like hot cake so they won’t be changing anything anytime soon.

I remember when the modern day story used to matter. 14 years later and there's still no proper resolution in sight :francis:

A series with NO END....:deadmanny:

Valhalla alluded to what the endgame would be, but the two year release cycle has it at least 6 years out before this new storyline ends and that's if they don't moved it to the comics like they did with Juno.

That's why I was pissed with the Valhalla ending as it essentially mirrored the ending of 3 in every conceivable way :francis:

glad I didn’t get valhalla...AC is definitely on their COD/2k shyt...it’s just a yearly money grab at this point and they have the fan base to do this, so I can’t complain...enough games out there that I don’t need to buy their shyt or feel like they need to change direction to appease “me”...I’m over COD too this gen...unfortunately I still fell for 2k’s bullshyt
