I usually get it for the same reason but fell back this year. Hopefully next version has some serious improvements
While EA needs to step up, the real blame is on the NFL for handing out exclusive rights on their IP's and as long as Madden sells there really is no compelling business reason for anything to change
I agree with his points on Madden trying to live in 2 worlds, I think we are at a place where EA can create truly sim or arcade game modes. I want simulation gameplay but I understand the vast majority would rather have the 'stick skills' arcade shyt

Graphics still look similar to Madden 12 on PS3
And the animations still look like they did in Madden 17 for PS4
Thats the problem with there only being one football game franchise. They don’t have to improve it at all cause its the only option for people who want an NFL game

Not gonna happen man. The only way that will ever change is if they revamp the entire game engine. Players are still going to be sucked into tackle animations from 5 yards away. The ball will still be morphing through players bodies to accommodate interception animations.
i will say the few games i played im not getting sucekd into tackle animations and when i do get sucked in i tend to brake the tackle

The next gen update is available now. It feels different a little. Controller on the 5 is nice with it. Graphics are improved, a little more polished.
Edit: they got the real throwing motions of the star qbs

does look the same, reading plays very much the same with some tweaks made
madden letting folks upgrade to the new gen version for with just the ps4 probably the best thing they did

If you nikkas were stuck on the 1st couple of NFL 2ks maybe I would understand as well those were great games but the way you nikkas suck off 2k5 just because the shyt was $20 is disgusting.
