Millennials are considered to have been born between 81/82 to 95/96 depending on the statistician. So the majority of us already lived through a recession in our adulthood. It’s the Gen Z and late millennial kids that might take a hit more.
That's not how national debt works at all. What you fail to realize is that America is isolated with no rivals at either of our borders, we have every necessary natural resource needed to sustain our population, and our military has the ability to literally wipe a country off the map without mobilizing a single tank or plane. We're good.
Oil and drug money? nikka don’t quote me like I agree with this nonsense. You all just like saying things to sound edgy. Did you not read what I wrote? Our money is plenty valuable.
I don’t need to explain friend. You just need to pick up a few books. US dollars are backed by our military power.
but after reading this post you are correct though. Since we don't have the gold standard anymore the U.S. dollar is in fact backed by credit, there is no denying this. A lot of people also don't know that you can only purchase oil with the U.S. dollar this is also a fact. Now although I do believe it's also backed by drug money I can't prove it right now so I leave that one alone.
