To be honest this week's RAW was one of its best in a while purely from a story perspective. Almost every cruise weight is being given a character, different people interjecting into different feuds, and the audience has been given storylines to follow. However, I think Smackdown is still the better show in terms of a clear character/story development.

Neville is the best thing to ever happen to the cruisers but I think a big difference between Owens and Styles title runs is that Cena has been gone allowing AJ to shine and win matches 'relatively' clean. Raw has an inevitability surrounding Roman Reigns and its paralyzing the show. He's holding the US title hostage too. Instead of two underserved guys battling for the US title to gain some character development, its being dragged around by Roman like its a piece of shyt

I completely agree about Neville. It's fresh and there is a CLEAR reason as to why he's heel. His promos have made it clear as to why he's a heel. I have to think more about your Reigns point but I see how that could be true. I do think Aj has benefited from Cena's absence not only by being able to pretty much win a bunch but also from a story perspective as he gets to constantly bring up the Cena victory (face that runs the place).

Raw had the better show, but of course let's pretend like it never happened like some of y'all do every week.:mjlol:

Outside of the main event smack down was :trash:

So much character development going on on raw it's unreal.:whew:
