That's the markiest shyt I've ever seen on TSC, tbh. HHH, at the peak of his career of being a Harley/Flair hybrid, cuts the same promos that Harley/Flair cut 100 times each in the 70s/80s, but HHH REALLY MEANT IT, because he had creative control so he must mean all of his promos 100% in real life. :pachaha:
1. I wasn't around in the 70s or 80s

2. Yes. Absolutely. I've seen enough of HHH's work to know when it's coming from him and he's taking shots that he wants to off the cuff. Saw it with Bryan, Punk, Steiner, Booker, Owen, Jericho, Edge, and even Shawn.

Well do some research. HHH in 2002-2003 was literally just doing Harley/Flair angles from about 1975 to 1988. That whole death reign was him doing his best to be Harley and Flair as touring NWA Champion in a modern era. And they had that same angle with Booker with every big black star in the 70s and 80s. From Bobo Brazil to Tony Atlas to JYD to Butch Reed. Then Harley invoked that shyt with Ron Simmons in WCW, and Ron actually won the title instead of just beating the champ on a technicality and the champ running away. And that's what would have happened in 2003 for Booker had Goldberg not been signed. Booker was booked to win the match/feud. But Goldberg was seen as a bigger star (and he was) and the idea was that Goldberg being the one to finally end HHH's deathclutch on the title would make more money than Booker ending it, then dropping it back, then Goldberg winning it.

No, and that makes a no sense seeing as Goldberg only had the belt for a month.

But i wouldn't expect you to understand, you've never been on that side of the fence.

So it's like that? I'm not telling you it makes sense. I'm telling you what the actual rationale was.

Not saying that to be mean or anything.

Just saying when HHH said "people like you don't (mentally blocked this out)" i don't expect it to have resonated with you like it did with me because the fact is what he said was true, and him beating Booker at WM19 only further cemented that. That hurt as a young black kid to see.

I'm from those side of the tracks. That shyt hurt me, too. I didn't identify with rich ass HHH. I identified with poor Booker who struggled for everything he had and had it held against him. And most of the viewing audience was supposed to identify with Booker. It wasn't written as a face moment for HHH. It was written to show that he was an absolute piece of shyt and to get you even more on Book's side than you already were. If you think that white kids somehow didn't understand what he was saying and identify with Book's position, you're sorely mistaken.

That Goldberg shyt is the lamest excuse even if it were true, which it clearly isnt if you have any common sense. Triple H did what he did, on purpose and as planned, because he's a piece of shyt and he doesnt give a fukk or thinks its funny. Very reminiscent of when Michaels fukked over the Bulldog in England with the same shyt. Fags of a feather flock together.

You can NOT justify "changing the ending" and effectively proving Triple H and all his ignorant promos to be right all along and have him walk away as the better man, never to get his comeuppance from Booker, not after that buildup.

The smoking gun that proves without a shadow of a doubt that I'm spot on with all of this is the pin. If it was really just business and something they basically had no choice but to do due to unforeseen circumstances, as you claim...why on Earth would HHH add insult to injury by purposely stalling and laying on the mat FOREVER before pinning Booker with one arm after one pedigree and making him look weak as fukk on top of everything else? What's the logic there? There isnt any. HHH meant every word in his promos and he reveled in booking himself to go over and prove himself right and shyt on Booker and indeed black people everywhere.

Indefensible.
