No. PSG didnt even make the semis for the biggest and most prestigious soccer team. Barcelona came back from a 4-0 deficit to beat PSG in the quarters. Not to mention Neymar has already won two La Liga titles and a champions league title. If anything this is comparable to the Kyrie move.
