I swear I'm going to catch a lot of hate for this but Brees might be the most overrated QB I've ever seen play. You would think the man had won multiple SBs and MVPs. Very good QB but I never felt he was ever the best QB in the league at any point.
probably staubach he could replace but even then roger was no slouch.

No answer. Im speaking specifics. It wasnt a well coached game either.

im speaking on this being a mark on Moon. Where did he fail? What did you see?

this is looking more and more like fake sports talk
I’m no Bill Belichick, but if you have a 35-3 in the 2nd half, then only score 3 more points then lose then that is a fail.

There’s no point in talking to you about this because you’re not arguing in good faith.

I cite the fact that he objectively choked by not being able to move the ball and score points in the 2nd half and you respond with “receivers dropped passes”... like receivers don’t drop passes in every game, and great QBs don’t still pull out wins despite it when up 35-3 in the 2nd half.

There’s no answer I could give you that would be satisfactory to you short of pulling up game tape and showing you what he should’ve done with the ball instead on every play in the 2nd half, and even then you would probably still have excuses.

Nah. You just dont want to talk about the actual plays because you likely didnt watch the game, so youre numbers heavy. I can tell you that the Oilers did a shyt job holding that lead due to not giving the ball enough to Lorenzo White in the second half, being in that gimmick ass run n shoot where they didnt pound the football and play keep away.

and this wasnt Warren’s fault either. Missed catches, bad snap on FG attempt.

you didnt watch that game if you put it as a mark against Warren

:mindblown: You have to be the only human being on Earth taking this position. I doubt Warren Moon himself would agree that that game wasn’t a bad mark against his resume.

Obviously it was a total team collapse and not solely on him, but let’s talk about what Warren Moon did on his possessions during the largest playoff comeback in NFL history that made the Falcons-Pats SB look light...

-Punt
-INT
-Punt
-Punt (Moon fumbled, Houston kept possession)
-Missed FG due to fumble snap (Moon threw an INT that got negated by a roughing the passer)
-FG
-INT (in overtime)

It’s age. I guarantee you people shytting on Marino never saw him play or got into football his last year or two. You can argue he’s the best ever. He would break the game with stats he’d put up in today’s pussified Nfl

Only QB in Marino’s league is Montana IMO.

So. Cal
how was he owned by Favre? They went head to head 3 times in the playoffs and the Packers won twice and niners once. The other time Elvis Grbac was playing while Young was injured.

This is the most iconic moment in any of the 3 games. :umad:

That one time they did win, packers got fukked on a clear jerry rice fumble. Please dont act like favre didnt own the niners in the mid to late 90s.

Warren Moon not being on this list invalidates the entire thing. Just like TO not being on the WR list.

I get they want to celebrate the history so we don't forget the "pioneers", but I don't give a fukk what you say Dan Fouts isn't better than Warren Moon. I can say the same for a few others on that list.

Dan Fouts and Warren Moon are essentially the same guy.
