Offensive lineman get more all pros and pro bowl callups based of reputation then any other position because there is no real stats for it. It's not like a QB who throws for 40 TD's or a DE with 15 sacks or a RB who rushes for 1,000 yards

That's my guess too. I am guessing they fill the second team with the guys who got fewer votes. Since nobody else got QB votes there was nobody to put there.
