He needs to sit behind Flacco like Tyrod did for a year or two. Tyrod sat for four years but I don’t think the Ravens will give him that time.

If he keeps doing stuff like this, he's not going to be in the NFL for long. You already know rules for protecting QBs don't really apply to black QBs... he's gonna get himself hurt permanently if he doesn't alter his play style.
