idk, bruh ... technically just about everybody in the NFL is college educated... many of the coaches and GMs and scouts were football players on the same teams in college as the players were, they're just from an older generation and tend to be more white than the player population.

For sure, just a lot of them either stuck around college in grad roles or went the pro scout route. Just pointing out that they have a lot of experience operating in this space and keeping their antics separate from the team.

Even then, how is the NFL going to prevent former personnel included those emails from being hired again without word getting out that they were involved?

This is again a lie. NFL certainly received mail during the Anthem Kneeling. Without question I would bet my life on it. NFL will always protect the brand and that includes the owners.
