:stopitslime: In the last comment in my post, I'm like, :what: "What the fukk does celebrating/taunting in a NFL game have to do with gangbanging, as well as the state of the country?" "Since when are they one in the same?" Those commenters over there have to be :troll:, if not, :snoop::snoop::snoop:
They aren't. I know they aren't.

Wake.
The answer to your question is irrelevant. I don't think players should be punished for celebrating and neither do most fans. The entire issue is bullshyt. Football is not a gentleman sport. Passion and emotionalism are part of the game.

The answer's not irrelevant though because what's the skin off the league's back if yall so upset about the rule changes but continue to watch in record numbers every week?

And honestly nikkas still celebrating touchdowns every week.

its kinda been like other taunting stuff, but this got nothing do with offense and TDs

Mitchell’s claim that he’s being targeted for repeated league fines because he plays a physical brand of football. That sounds all well and good, and maybe even plausible. Except for the fact Mitchell’s most recent fine of $7,875 was for taunting after he shoved Rams quarterback Sam Bradford out of bounds in Week 7, then turned his back on the St. Louis sideline and spread his arms to exult in self-celebration. Nothing real physical about taunting, except that Bradford did blow out his ACL on the play and is lost for the season.

the NFL doesnt wanna see something like that

Part of the reason I like Carolina is because of all the wonderful celebrations. Don't take my love of the game away. LET ALL OF EM COOK

I saw Mitchell's hit on Samford. It was completely legal and his celebration wasn't a taunt. It was a celebration. If the league wants to get technical, every celebration can be considered a form of taunting. That's why this entire "no taunting" rule is a farce.

brehs, real talk who is upset at player taunting and showboating?

Players dont say shyt about it in the media because they deal with it on the field

Its usually these crusty ass TV announcers and other assorted media members.

This is something that I will never understand why people get upset over.

i agree 100%

i hate nfl announcers.

It's clear the NFL gives no fukks and it's really only a matter of time before they completely alienate everyone with a brain.

Like my man @mastermind said who exactly has a problem with this? Who does this hurt? Talking shyt and taunting is a part of sport. I am pretty sure that Golden Tate shyt didn't just come out of nowhere. I am willing to be that he and that DB he was waiving at were probably going at it and when Golden got the better of him he let him know about it. That's competition. That's fun. There is nothing wrong with that. How far is this shyt gonna go? Are they gonna penalize trash talk too? I mean seriously who's radar is this on? :why:

next thing you know there will be flag football:snoop:
