I don't think they should take points off the board if it happens after the TD. But in Tate's case I could see them justifying penalizing him from the 30.

I don't think it would have that much of an income on games because after the inaugural call you'd have to be an epic failure to get called for it in a critical part of a game, at which point it's not the ref's fault but simply a mental error.

Still gay though and I don't even condone taunting.

Just another subjective rule they will use to benefit certain teams when they need em.

it won't be called much, only when a certain team requires a boost or some help in order to win or make the spread
