That's because the world plays the sport though, nobody outside of the US fukks with the NFL and that's why they're having so much trouble penetrating other markets around the world.
I forgot who it was, but they were on here talking about 1 billion + people watched the superbowl and how it had more viewers than the World Cup
when the reality is it's broadcasted to a potential 1 billion people around the world, of which 160 million watch, 98% of that is in North America.
