because no company in their right mind would commit time and dollars to something that they don't have the rights to. The NFL2K team doesn't exist anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if some of those developers who worked on 2K5 probably work for EA now...

they made all pro with the Retired NFL Players association and you referenced the rumor they were taking facial scans of current NFL players right? If so you are talking them working on NFL...

Word is they are working on a game on the low low. Even player scans being done.

With the license no longer being strictly exclusive, it does only add more fuel to the rumors.

If 2K is making a game again, they are doing a damn good job of not leaking anything with hard evidence.

If they are I expect it for next season not this upcoming...I really like 2K but they would need to concentrate full staff on a game of this magnitude.

Just imagine how horrible the servers and updates for nba 2k would be with both of these out.
