Absolutely. Just saying, you're asking if she went to his house to play battleship, I'm saying she was blackout drunk, she didn't really agree to go to his house at all (even if she did say yes).
I don't absolve her for her role, BTW. She's 29 getting blackout drunk??? You gotta take some culpability in what happens after that if you make the mistake of getting that fukked up. Doesn't excuse dude raping her (if he did), but what if he was blackout drunk too? Why should only one party be held responsible for what happens between two intoxicated people?
