The truth is we don't know what happened, we don't know if she was raped. Some people are going to naturally side with the guy, some are going to naturally side with the woman. Really no one should be siding with anyone until we get the facts, but that's life people judge...get over it.
I think the spirit of what most people in here are saying is that regardless of the situation and how it went down, based on what we do know she isn't 100% innocent here. Getting blackout drunk at 29 is at the very least self destructive behavior. Having one night stands is risky behavior. Not everyone is going to give her the "blame it on the alcohol" pass and completely absolve her of any accountability when she willingly contributed to this situation on some level.
If McNary really did rape her then fukk him for that, but to this point there's no proof he did so.
