Mount Rushmores are dumb as full, but for arguments sake here, Emmit is a totally acceptable choice. A mount Rushmore spot would be based on success, popularity, groundbreaking achievements. Not how much pure talent they had, and not whether or not they should be shunned for a better supporting cast.

I know it breaks all you "raised in the 90s" kids hearts that your idol Barry Sanders doesn't have the achievements and accolades that Emmitt da Gawd has, but dont hate him cause he did the most with what he had, while Barry couldnt overcome adversity and quit in his prime.

how you gonna say a quitter who played for the Detroit Lions, the franchise that epitomizes failure deserves a spot over the All Time Leading Rusher, who has three Super Bowl rings with America's Team?
