Best segment was when Barry Switzer told his team not to injure Thurman Thomas. He ain't want to see Sanders in the game! That's respect.
Barry Switzer was the realist.

the Barry/Emmitt debate never gonna stop
I'll argue for Emmit ...barry was the man way more electric than emmit but you knew what emmit was gonna give u almost every game. But I am a cowboys fan and the Jimmy Johnson era cowboys are my cowboys
3 super bowl titles
Super Bowl MVP
All time leading rusher
Most rushing TDs
League MVP
Barry fans![]()
I'll argue for emmitt all day everyday. Clutch. No -1 rush yards in a fuvking playoff game like your god Barry

This shyt was boring as Barry Sanders off the field. Whoever directed this, should just stop, it was like reading a police report.
Motherfukkers hate ESPN, but they understand the entertainment value of things like this. They made Emmet too friendly, you need someone to feed off of, to heighten the friction and or to make it feel like some drama is there.
Watch how ESPN lay down that Bo Jackson doc., their writers can take a true story and transform it into a drama, waiting for you to wait with baited breathe.
NFL Network "Football Life" reads like a color by numbers portrait.

Sounds like yall arguing for the Cowboys offensive line more so than Emmitt.
So why are none of this great o-line in the HOF???
Larry Allen didn't come until 1994, after Emmitt already had 2 Super Bowls and a NFL MVP.
The same o-line that was considered one of the worst in the NFL before Emmitt got drafted.
It was better than Barry's by a long shot, they went to pro bowls for a reason. He had a hall of fame receiver and qb, and All Pro TE, FB, 2 guards, tackle, and center.
Barry only had one other offensive player to be considered All Pro while he was a Lion and that was Herman Moore.
