Having seen how Antonio Brown struggled in the four games Big Ben missed last season (and to think that Nuk Hopkins basically dealt with trash ass QB play all year), I'm inclined to believe that Julio Jones is the best wide receiver in the league.
As for Norman. I think 11 is a bit high for him. He's great at zone coverage, rarely out of position and has damn good ball skills. But in terms of man-to-man shyt, he can be sonned by superior athletes (see: Julio during Carolina's first loss). I'm personally excited to see him try to cover angry ass Steve Smith when Baltimore comes to town.
