Do Bell earnings have something to do with him missing games due to suspensions multiple years?

Compare NBA players in a sport with 11 man rosters on their 3rd contract to NFL players on their rookie deals in a sport with 53 man rosters brehs

Beckham's gonna be flirting with $20m per season when he gets his extension, on a team where 52 other players have to get paid.

Like I've said 100 times, NFL players shouldn't have an issue with total salaries, their fight should be for fully guaranteed contracts.

That's actually another reason they getting robbed. Why is he still in his rookie contract subject to a wage scale? In the NFL they can tie you down for 5 years. In the NBA you are a RFA after 3. NFL careers don't last long enough it as it is and they are virtually tied to an organization for 7 years, because you can get franchised in consecutive years on top of that while never hitting the open market.

Or you can do what Kirk cousins is doing which makes your argument sound silly :smugbiden:

If you wanna say that's different then look at Derrick Carr...

That's all if he doesn't get killed by a defense in the process
We got a list of guys who had great talent but career took a nosedive in the NFL after one injury

So Bell has made around 14 million in a couple years. That's not bad.

I lot of people were excited and giving Demaurice Smith props since he was black and leading the last CBA negotiations
But honestly that breh did a HORRIBLE job and the players arguably have a worst CBA now then they did before the last lockout.
The rookie wage scale got redone saving owners money and now rookies are locked into longer deals. If you get drafted in the 3rd or 4th round and become a star it's a major L for you and if you're a RB or something you probably never going cash out properly. That's how Russell Wilson was making $500k as a multiple year starting SB winning QB :mjlol:

OBJ is going to be paid like a QB next offseason, when his rookie deal is closer to wrapping up.

I'll never get how after agreeing to the rookie pay scale, they also agreed on fifth year team options for first rounders and kept the multiple seasons possibility with the franchise tag.

Players out here taking massive cuts to their first contracts from before and you're making sure the owners didn't lose their options hold onto them longer sub-market? Worst union in North American sports.
