Yeah Smith made some questionable moves the past few off seasons. Especially letting Bouye go to Jacksonville last year.

That was a terrible move. They singlehandedly handed the Jags the best CB duo in the league. Even if they franchised Bouye one year, that would have both helped the Texans defense along with setting back the Jags defense
