If it were $10 million the NFL would’ve leaked the info themselves. The NFL ALWAYS leaks information when it benefits them. The fact there was so NO leaks during this whole Kap thing and there was no disclosure let’s you know the NFL gave up more than they wanted.

Side note: Just out of curiosity...with these NDAs, if a person has one it seems like there would be plenty of work arounds to leak that information out “unintentionally “ to someone who isn’t part of the agreement if a person wanted to...

Like for instances say someone’s wife, kid or friend overheard something or looked at some notes or whatever.

Legal brehs, how does that shyt work. How could you even prove the leak was intentional unless it was recorded it? Otherwise a mf could just lie and say nah I didn’t say anything...or could a person even ask a bunch a non specific questions that leads to an answer, or something near bout, without the person with the NDA directly answering.

Or more likely IS true. This puts Kaepernick in a box. If he call them out for leaking this, it's admittance to him agreeing to suck a low figure. However, if he stay quiet, then it leave speculation and doubt either way. It is a brilliant chess move by the NFL if they're the ones who leaked it. For Kaep's sake, we hope this is completely false and made up. But if the NFL motioned this to be leaked out, it's with confidence that they got one over on him and smack his supporters in their faces.
