The greed is shameless. But I must say that the games last Christmas were entertaining as fukk and made the holiday more enjoyable. I was at my parents house and none of us were watching NBA games, we stuck to football. I think the NFL really took over the market with this.

My problem of course is that safety angle. If the league gave a fukk about safety they'd limit Thursday games, and ensure the teams playing on Christmas get a bye or some type of decent break before the game. Instead I'd imagine teams will play on Sunday, then play on Christmas Day (Wednesday). Insanity.
