We just don't know. Graham may simply be a better TE. "Most" tall guys in NFL offenses are scrubs.

They're scrub because they just don't have elite athleticism/skills. Not because they're tall.
The best comparison for an NFL trained Lebron is Jimmy Graham.
No one is gonna tell me that athletically speaking Lebron can't do what Graham does.
But you have people here telling us that Lebron wouldn't be good because what ? He's an inch too tall ? He would be scared of contact ?
I don't know why people always say, "look at ex basketball players that play football now." Basketball isn't about brute strength or speed. Technique is the name of the game. Smh this is why y'all give basketball such a bad name. This is why the mid range jumper is a lost art.
On top of that, its not even about taking the hit. Its about taking the PUNISHMENT of playing football. I swear madden has fukked it up for an entire generation. Folks act like every play feels like the first play of the game. Like shoulder stings don't happen. Like broken fingers don't ROUTINELY happen. fukk around and get hit so hard you feel like you swallowed your stomach. I swear this shyt is all fukked up.
Do I think LBJ could play, yes. Look at the scrubs occupying your depth chart right now. Do I think he'd last a season. Yes, pain meds and ice baths are miracles. But anything over that and its career suicide.
I think its safe to say every NFL player has a hidden concussion under their belt (and thats being generous). Is LBJ really ready to go down that path?
