Matt Nagy is a great coach and better play designer. It's really the only thing saving him. His playcalling isn't amazing tho.

When you guys finally fire Ryan Pace and get a real QB and weapons for Matt. He'll do something.

If I was Matt. I'd rush my ass to free market as fast as possible to go to a competent organization that knows offense.

Starters play like 5 possessions all preseason.

It still gets them acclimated to game speed.

Let's be real a lot of these cats been sitting at the crib doing light workouts the last few months during quarantine. They haven't been working out hard or tackling in pads for months and all of a sudden you throw guys back out there playing in real time against other elite athletes now you are risking injuries.

That little work they get in pads against the second and third units does matter.
