I think Grimes missed that game and apparently Vernon wasn't 100 percent.

That said, Stefon Diggs, through the first three weeks, has looked every bit like the next great wideout. He's got next if he stays healthy.

Also:

- The Rams offense must be taken seriously. Shockingly, the defense has fallen off. If they get that side of the ball right ... look out.

- Oakland isn't quite the top contender I thought they'd be.

- Seattle's lost its mystique.

- I've accepted that Cam Newton was never really great as a QB.

- Bengals need to fire Marvin (learned this three years ago but whatever).

- The Chiefs could legitimately be a problem if this keeps up.

Any real Seahawks fan knew we weren’t SB contenders this year (or last) after MULTIPLE seasons ignoring the offense/offensive line.

Just glad we got a ring before this happened.

I don’t believe in the Falcons yet. Need to see a few more games to think they’ll SB bound again.

Learned the Skinz defense is a beautiful sight to see when focused and they may actually have a functional run-offense.

Learned that teams still haven't learned to NEVER give Brady any sort of window of opportunity.

Chicago just beat Pittsburgh who people were giving a lot of credit to before that game. Detroit did get screwed(even though it was the right call) but that game shouldn't have even been close. They needed two (good plays but)fluke INTs to even get it that close.

Nothing is guaranteed. Any given Sunday. I'm not trying to be a homer, but if someone were to ask TODAY who was coming out of the NFC, the Falcons are the only legit answer. We have the fewest questions around us and are performing the best on the field. It's crazy for me to even feel like that myself, but the NFC is pretty much Eastern Conference status right now.

Not gonna hate if people need to see more, but if they are taking anyone else over us right now they're being ridiculous.

I don't know about you, but I am glad Falcons are closing out tight games. They won by a lot and by a little, I'd rather close wins instead of straight blowouts
